All meeting facilities are located in the West Wing. The Nagano Main Banquet Hall is a multi-purpose communication space, fully equipped with advanced lighting, audio and visual systems. It can be divided into three rooms to accommodate a variety of functions including wedding receptions, banquets and private parties.

Nagano Hall can be combined with other facilities such as the Asama International Conference Hall, which is equipped with simultaneous interpreting facilities, the Chikuma Banquet Hall and other conference rooms for large-scaled conventions.

Nagano Hall (Main Banquet Hall)

• Up to 1,000 guests, dinner or seminar seating
• Up to 2,000 guests, buffet or theater seating

Asama International Conference Hall

• Up to 600 guests, dinner or seminar seating
• Up to 1,000 guests, buffet or theater seating

Nirenoki Hall

• Up to 300 guests, dinner or seminar seating
• Up to 500 guests, buffet or theater seating

Chikuma (Medium-size Room)

• Up to 400 guests

Three smaller meeting rooms are also available.
